Easy Return

MyRoShop gives you an easy return option, if you get a defective product, you can get a return, replace, or refund up to 7 days from the date of delivery.

If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, MyRoShop has an option of returning the item back within 7 Days of receipt. We would consider the following points before accepting the product back:

If Buyer receive damage product, and want to return that product, go to “my account” option and click on “Return Order” for return product.

MyRoShop -Return policy: 7 days date of delivery, If buyer eligible with return period MyRoShop -arranged return pick up within 5 – 7 working days.

Once receive complete product we will refund amount on original payment mode, according to MyRoShop -refund and return policy.

For which you will have to click on “My Account” and click on Return, then our Customer Representative will contact you within 24 hours and will give you information about your Return Courier.

“Return Option” appears on your order 7 days from the delivery date.

 

Replace

We thank you for shopping at www.myroshop.com. We will ensure that your shopping experience is a satisfactory one. While we work hard to ensure that you get the best quality products every single time you shop at MyRoShop.com, still there may be some unfortunate times when you get the damaged or defected item which you may want to return or replace.

Case you have received a damaged or defective product, you need to inform us within 24-48 hours for a replacement request. You need not pay the extra cost incurred in this process. However the terms and conditions are subject to the availability of the stock.  In case we are not able to replace your product within stipulated time, you will receive a full refund from our side in the form of original payment mode.

 

Used Product

Product cannot be returned it has been used. Please ensure that the product is in original condition and unused. You need to return the product with all price tags, original packing, labels and invoice.

Refund will be processed only after getting product return

If the customer Used returns the product, its part will be not re-salable condition, Or Scratches and damaged condition will be there, the charge will be deducted from the refund amount of the customer.

 

Suspected Damage

At times, the outer packaging may appear to be damaged, but the actual product will be just fine in most of such cases. Get in touch with our customer care Number +91-77850-77850 (Mon to Sat 10.30 AM to 6.30 PM) within 24 hours of delivery if the product arrives damaged.

 

Defective Product

In case, you get a defective or damaged product from our side, we will return or replace it and bear the shipping cost also.

  • Call us and provide your order details with your ID number.
  • Our customer care executive will confirm about your the return request ASAP.
  • The customer care executive will inform you about the product pickup process.

 

The points to be noted

  • To refund your amount MyRoShop issues a refund will be done through on line mode in 7-8 working days
  • It is advised that the return packets should be strong and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage to products during transit.
  • The service which is taken from outsource (unauthorized) in warranty period, for that condition reimbursement will not be done.
  • Replacement of a product would be a subject to the availability of that particular product.
  • Once eligibility is verified, please pack the item(s) securely and ship to our address

 

Warranty

MyRoShop water purification unit mentioned in bottom covered under WARRANTY on the basis of replacement against Manufacturer defects.

This warranty applies to the replaceable Booster Pump and power supply, part and does not cover the Filtration Part, connecting components and accessories.

The warranty period for each unit is determined by the minimum expected longevity of each particular model.

We are requesting to the Customers that the Installation of the machine should be done by the authorized Service person which is recommended by the Company. The installation which is done by unauthorized person or self-installation under that circumstances the Warranty will not be covered. If any problem is coming during installation in that condition the customers has to take a work sheet from the authorized service person summarizing the whole issue. Without work sheet Warranty claim, Return or Refund is not valid.

Installation materials and freebie materials are available in the water storage tank.

If in case you are purchasing the product online Warranty card will is not necessary to be filled up, from your invoice details the Warranty will be completed.

Warranty Period

12 Month manufacturer warranty on RO buster Pump (motor) and Power Supply again manufacturing defect, and does not cover the Filtration Part connecting components and accessories. In cash any problem with part send part to “MyRoShop” we will check and replace part. (One side courier charge bear by buyer and one side courier charge bear by company)

Annual maintenance and door service charge not include with online purchase.

MyRoShop Provide Chargeable door service Through 3rd Party service provider, Technical Person Visit charge Applicable On warranty Period, And Faulty Part replace through courier service without any charges.

Period 12 Months Manufacturer warranty (Covered on Power Supply and Booster Pump)

 

Warranty Type

Buyer Have to send the faulty parts to “MyRoShop” Through courier service, And after receiving the parts we will check it if it has to be replaced we will replace it, or we will repair it and the same will be send back through courier service.

 

The product you are buying online does not include installation charge and door service.

 

Service Conditions

The Price which you can see on MyRoShop is wholesale price, product directly shipped from factory , we are not operating any service network so Free service is not included in this online purchase, for installation and Door Service we can arrange third party service provider who can charge 250 to 750 depending upon the location, to avail that  you can contact MyRoShop Service Center +91-77850-77850.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped from our warehouse.  But you cannot decline an order after it has been shipped. You will be liable for all the costs involved in dispatch , return shipping & Payment gate way charges, if you fail to inform our customer care about the cancellation of your order within the above mentioned time frame.

We will refund to you the entire cost of the returned item, less applicable bank charges of 2.5%, Services Tax 10% on the bank charges and ECESS of 0.3% on Service Tax. Please note that we will provide a refund facility only for products bought from our online store.

 

Shipping Duration

We always try to process the order such way that product can be delivered to customer address as soon as possible. It may take 5-7 working days according to logistic we use based on service area from delivery address mentioned by customer. And in case of any situation arise from strikes, fluids, natural disaster or any situation which is not in our control, product shipping may take more days and the same will be informed to customer after complete follow up from logistics service provider.
